Spidey Kinda Halloween 2020

Happy Halloween 2020 from your friendly neighborhood Spider-Minis! I hope everyone had a great Halloween!

This year the older kids decided they wanted to be superheroes for Halloween. And, if you have been here long enough, you would know I love coordinating the Halloween costumes so that everyone flows together. They chose Spider-man and Spider-girl costumes and since the little one is only two-years-old, I picked his costume — a good ole’ spider (that I made by repurposing a big spider decoration I had laying around and only had to add an elastic to the back so that he could wear it as a backpack"). My husband and I love dressing up as well but since we had nowhere special to go due to Covid we decided to skip it this year. If we were to dress up, it was planned my husband to dress up as Maximum Venum and I as a spider web. :)

Thankfully, the mall nearby was having a reservation-only haunted house “trick or chic” so we decided to book that event in advance since there wasn’t going to be a traditional trick or treating. It was actually a fun outing and the kids had a blast - the dressing up alone was fun enough for them.
