Christmas Photos 2019

When I found out there is a ski resort only 40 minutes away from our new place, you better believe I chose the winter wonderland scene for the kids’ Christmas photo location for 2019. The first time the kids and I drove to Mt. Charleston, we had an incident where the baby vomited in the car and his clothes were all ruined so we drove back home. I was determined to get this shot so I got all their outfits ready again to give it another try the following day. Next morning, we drove up to the mountains again and although this time my daughter was not in the mood (pretty much cried as soon as we got there and the entire time thereafter), I still managed to get them altogether for a few quick takes. Hence, her half cry half smile face in the only good take I could use for the group photo. But, I love it because it’s real and natural.
