Christmas Cards 2018
Hope everyone is having a great week gearing up for the holidays and winter break with the kids. Finally sent out our Christmas photo cards this week. Now that all friends and family have received their cards, I can share them here as well. My vision for this year’s Christmas cards was at a Christmas tree farm - that I found long and hard - with the kids snuggled up on a blanket with holiday cookies and drinks in cute glasses, you get the idea. Well, here is how that turned out. So, since that was a fail I went to Target and picked up a few mini pre-lit trees that I used to decorate as the backdrop of the photos. Long story short, it was still a disaster with a few meltdowns, but we (myself, my husband, my mom and dad) managed to get one decent shot. With that, came a lot of screaming, shouting, singing, making funny noises & bribing. LOL.
So, here is the final product. I ordered the cards through Tiny Prints (now 6 years in a row and no, this is not sponsored) and I’m still as happy with them as I was the first year. They have so many good deals and discounts during Cyber week that comes out to be the cheapest compared to its competitors.
Here are the actual photos close up :)
The last photo of Lucas is my favorite of his to date. Love how his wild and powerful personality shines through his expression in this capture.
Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a safe and healthy New Year!
